Google先生で調べてみると同様のエラーが!!
なるほど サーバのPHPのバージョン 7系にするってメールが届いていました。
早速 https://on-ze.com/archives/7722
のサイトの通り、修正したところ 正常にログイン画面が表示^^ 安心しました。
